The Yale Sync Alarms secure your home and alerts you when your alarm is triggered. The extended 200m wireless range enables you to protect out buildings as well as your home. The intuitive wireless system has been designed with DIY in mind ensuring the Sync Alarms really are easy to fit. No wiring or running cables in walls or under the carpet and you won't need the the services of a qualified electrician.

The Yale Sync Smart Water Sensor sends a signal to the alarm control panel when liquid is detected. Notifications can be customised to suit your requirements, so that when liquid is detected you can choose to receive a text message, notification to your smartphone or even trigger the alarm siren, putting you fully in control.

Does this set off the actual siren if it detects a leak or just send an alert/message? Is it permanently armed or only when alarm is activated

The Smart Water Sensor will trigger the alarm siren when water is detected. You will also receive notifications to your smartphone. The water sensor is permanently armed and will alert you even if you are at home.
