ABUS Silver Rock 5/50 Padlock

I bought this to secure a locker at the gym, I wanted something more secure than a combination lock but not something that stands out as sorting that I’ve got something worth breaking into the locker for. This fours the bill perfectly - small, discreet and comes with 2 keys. There is also a rubber bumper around the bottom of the paddock so it doesn’t mark the locker if they collide. All in all a quality, well built padlock that I would certainly buy other sizes of if I ever need them. Delivery was also very fast and efficient. 10/10

We purchased 6 padlocks in January for a junior football club to secure our goals. We could have got a slightly higher security level but the quality of the padlock against the cost is excellent so we are very happy with our purchase and will be buying 4 more.

It's hard to write a review for a padlock, because it's only in the unfortunate situation of a break in, or an attempted break in that it really shows if it's any good.

That said I think this padlock provides a good level of security in a relatively compact padlock. It also locks fairly innocuous and doesn't scream "I'm locking up something really expensive" like some beefier looking padlocks do.

The keyed alike aspect is very useful.

Bought two locks great padlock, hopefully stand the test of time, good value for money.

Works well, looks good, no one broken in yet!

I find that the lock is not as easy to close as the brass lock I purchased.On occasions it has been difficult to ensure that it has actually locked as both sides have to be pressed down not just one.

An excellent piece of engineering. Works fine in all weathers. Sturdy and secure. I’d recommend this to any one. The next sentences are in order for me to be entered in the prize draw.
