The lock was as expected, used to secure a woodland gate.

All fine so far! still works OK, no break in!

It was quite difficult to move the barrels from new and did not open after about 2 weeks until lots of fiddling and WD40. 3 weeks later it would not open at all and had to be cut off. Don't buy it.

After a lot of searching the squire Vulcan 40 security padlock seemed to meet my need to secure a garden gate in our new house. It arrived promptly and safely and even felt very secure in its own packaging. It was very easy to set our own combination and perfectly suits the garden gate. The lock is stylish, solid and works perfectly to secure access to the rear of our property. Small and powerful, it adds a feeling of security to our property and belongings and would happily order another if and when we need one. Happy squire Vulcan owners .. Thankyou
