Squire Vulcan 50 Long 63mm Shackle Combination Padlock

Excellent value and quality!!! This is the fourth padlock I have tried - all the others failed, two actually fell apart after a few weeks! I use this outside and and needed one that was straight forward to use but strong and weather proof. This has proved to be just the job, I am so pleased with it and will be buying the same make again, for sure! I certainly would recommend the Squire Vulcan Combination Padlock. 😊

This is a good, solid padlock with easy to read roller and has performed great outdoors in all weather conditions. I've had trouble before where the rollers are difficult to engage in the right position. On this padlock there is a solid click as the roller drops into each number. The push bottom at the base of the padlock is easy to depress to confirm the code and unlock the padlock. The padlock will snap closed when the code is right or wrong making it an easy padlock to use. I would buy one again.

The padlock is not just good at keeping my property safe due to its design and manufacture, it looks as though it will do so. This in itself is enough to deter the opportunist and worry the serious thief. The numbers on the barrel lock are clear and I can could easily read them during a heavy rain storm in the dark at the bottom of my garden. There is no difficulty in aligning the numbers as there is a definite click when each number is in position. Added security is provided by the ease in which I can change the lock code. As a result I am considering using another lock to lock my parcel delivery bin. I can change it for every delivery and only that delivery driver will have the correct code on any given day. I will no longer need to be in, have parcels hidden under a bush or bother my neighbours when I am due a delivery. All in all a good buy.
