Overall a very robust lock when turning the key it's nice and smooth witch is testament to the quality of the product I like the standerd key way design instead of the horizontal flat keys 🔑 upon looking from a distance you can't tell it is a high security 3* it's nice and discreet and security wise it comes printed on the packaging all the certifications and the 3* rating they are more on the expensive side compared to other brands side but we'll worth it.

Really helpful sales person who assisted in selecting the correct product. Lock works perfectly and you could not tell it had been changed. This is an off set lock so recommend you check your existing one before ordering your replacement lock it will save you time in the long run. Great product

Overall a high quality kite marked lock, complying with home insurance regs etc. Nice and easy to fit, looks good and I am confident that it has improved the security of my home. The only flaw is the keys can be a little fiddly to get into the lock, you definitely need to be able to see what your doing and can't just feel it in but other than that I'm very happy with it.

First time I have ordered or fitted one of these cylinders. This is a top quality product and very easy to install and has high security and love the internal thumb turn. When I eventually completed the installation the end result was excellent. Don’t be tempted to go for cheaper alternatives.

Substantial upgraded from the original standard 1* euro cylinder lock. Having the thumbturn is so useful. Item was a breeze to fit & works very smoothly. Being high security it gives me great piece of mind when away from home. Highly recommended.

Well finished and easy to fit. The thumbturn is secured with a cotter pin rather than a setscrew, but this would not be a problem unless you need to remove it for fitting - which is unlikely as it can nearly always be fitted with the thumbturn in place. The securing screw should be lubricated with molybdenum or lithium grease to avoid getting stuck due to corrosion.
