The Swann SWDVK-858804MQ1TB 8 Channel Ultra HD 4K - 4 Camera Enforcer CCTV Kit is an 8 channel Ultra HD 4K CCTV system that includes four PRO-4KMQB cameras and a 1TB hard drive. The system supports multi-channel playback and can accommodate up to eight cameras in total. Each included camera features True Detect technology, which uses heat and motion sensing to trigger recording and notifications. The cameras also include flashing red and blue lights designed to deter intruders when motion is detected.

True Detect Thermal Cameras

Thermal cameras, with Swann's True Detect PIR thermal sensing technology, reliably detects heat-generating moving objects, such as a person, car or large pets and eliminates false triggers due to moving trees or rain. Only recording what you want to view reduces playback time and saves hard drive space.

Rated IP66 for weather resistance, the cameras offer colour night vision up to 10 metres under ambient light and standard infrared night vision up to 40 metres in complete darkness.

Ultra HD 4K Recording & Playback

Record each camera in 4K (8MP) resolution, then play back either on your SmartPhone or using the included HDMI cable attached to a compatible TV. (Also supports VGA output, cable not supplied.)

Recording options include continuous, scheduled, or motion/heat-activated modes, which can help reduce unnecessary footage and optimise hard drive usage. The DVR-5880 enables 4K resolution recording and playback and can be accessed via a connected TV, smartphone, or tablet using the Swann Security App (available for iOS and Android).

View Your Home On Your SmartPhone

In addition to viewing from your TV it is easy to view recorded and real time footage from your SmartPhone or Tablet using the Swann Security App* available for iOS and Android.

Install is quick and easy - install the app, scan the QR code sticker on your CCTV system & start viewing.

    Can I use existing bnc cables?

    Existing BNC Cables can be used, however for best results Swann recommend the cable which come included with the system.

    I have a old 720p cameras and an analog set up box. I want to upgrade the cameras to 4K and the set up box. Can I use the existing cables as I can't get to the cables to replace them.

    The cameras are connected to the DVR via dual power and video BNC cables. Providing your current set up includes the same type of BNC cables, you should be able to connect the new cameras and DVR using your existing cables.

    Are the BNC cables waterproof and good for outdoor use or do I have to have them covered in trunking?

    Whilst the cabling is waterproof I would always advise to use silicone coaxial tape on the connectors to keep them protected, trunking would also be a good idea against the elements.

    Can all 4 camera channels be viewed on a TV screen?
    Also what is the purpose of 4 Audio-In ports? Cameras do not have microphones in. Can external microphone be add in, and do you sell them?

    Each camera channel can be viewed on either a TV or Monitor screen at once and individually. External Microphones can be added and purchased from most electronic stores.

    I would like to buy this system with only 2 cameras is this possible?

    I am afraid this particular system is only available with 4, 6 or 8 cameras. However we do have the Swann 5 Megapixel 2 camera systems. Swann DVR-4980 4 Channel 5 Megapixel - 2 Camera True Detect CCTV Kit This is a very good system with high resolution cameras.

    I have seen the swan CCTV with 2TB hard drive can this be changed to either a 4TB or 6TB hard drive.

    The system can support up to 4TB however we do not supply larger capacity DVR's. Changing the hard drive would effect the manufacturers warranty.
