Feature Packed Network Video Recorder
The MaxRanger4K Power Hub supports up to 8 cameras and comes with a 64GB MicroSD card, expandable up to 512GB. It also offers up to 5TB of additional storage via USB, a wireless range of up to 250 meters, and an emergency power backup battery to ensure continuous monitoring during outages.
With eight channels, four additional cameras can be added. Recording options include continuous, scheduled, or motion/heat-activated recording, saving storage space while ensuring important footage is captured. The NVR delivers Ultra HD 4K resolution, viewable on your smartphone or tablet via the Swann Security App* (available for iOS and Android).
True Detect Thermal Cameras
Thermal cameras, with Swann's True Detect PIR thermal sensing technology, reliably detects heat-generating moving objects, such as a person, car or large pets and eliminates false triggers due to moving trees or rain. Only recording what you want to view reduces playback time and saves hard drive space.
Ultra HD 4K Recording & Playback
Record each camera in Ultra HD 4K resolution, then play back either on your SmartPhone or tablet. 4K resolution provides four times the detail of 1080p, allowing for clearer and more detailed images. This is crucial for identifying faces, license plates, and other small details.

I’ve had the wired Swann system previously on our last home but due to wiring had to leave the whole system when we moved, this wire free system is so very easy to set up it literally takes minutes, fully connected where I put them and absolutely no problems with anything, in my opinion they are very expensive and you need to weigh up wether it’s worth getting the wired ones at 2/3rds cheaper but with the extra hours for fitting. Bonus is if we did move again we can take this system with us. For me I would recommend this system
