The Swann Home SWDVK-446852MQB 4 Channel HD 1080p - 2 Camera Enforcer CCTV Kit with multi channel playback includes two True Detect heat sensing cameras, with motion activated 'Police-style' flashing red and blue lights and spotlights to deter intruders. The weather resistant cameras are rated to IP66 with enhanced infrared LED night vision providing coloured video footage from up to 10m and a full night vision range of up to 30m. The system also includes a 64GB MicroSD Card with the capacity to upgrade up to a 512GB MicroSD Card, allowing months of video footage to be stored. The DVR has four channels allowing for an additional two cameras to be added if required.

True Detect Thermal Cameras

Thermal cameras, with Swann's True Detect PIR thermal sensing technology, reliably detects heat-generating moving objects, such as a person, car or large pets and eliminates false triggers due to moving trees or rain. Only recording what you want to view reduces playback time and saves hard drive space.

The PRO-1080MQB cameras can be set to record continuously, at a set time or only when motion or heat is detected, providing more reliable notifications and recordings and making it much easier to view important footage, while at the same saving on hard disk space. The Swann DVR-4685 provides high quality HD 1080p resolution recording and playback via your TV, SmartPhone or Tablet using the Swann Security App* (available for iOS and Android).

Install is quick and easy - install the app, scan the QR code sticker on your CCTV system & start viewing.

* For remote viewing via SmartPhone this CCTV system requires a broadband internet connection with a router that includes one free wired network port. QuickShot lets you upload still images to your Dropbox account, allowing you to access snapshots from your security cameras online - even if your security system is stolen.

Hard Drive & USB Backup

The DVR stores several months of video footage on a MicroSD card. This kit includes a 64GB card by default, but it can be upgraded to support up to 512GB.

By using a USB memory stick or external hard drive you can backup recorded footage from the Hybrid DVR and transfer to other devices or pass on to others should the need arise.

    How long are the Ethernet and camera cables provided? Is this an easy self install?

    Can you easily extend the BNC Cable from the Camera to the DVR if 18m is not long enough?

    Are the cameras available in black and is the camera cable black?

    The Swann bullet cameras and the BNC cables that come with them are only available in white. You may prefer to look at the Yale Smart HD1080 - 2 Camera CCTV Kit, which comes with black cameras.

    With the Swann 4550 system if I were to situate the unit in the loft and wanted to search or view playback etc how would I do this without the remote signal being blocked by ceiling or walls etc?

    This would depend on the strength of your Wi-Fi once the DVR is connected to your router. If you do have a poor signal we would recommend a Wi-Fi range extender which will increase the range of your Wi-Fi signal throughout your building.

    Could you please tell me what is the difference between the T852 the T853 and the T854 camera's. Thank You

    The specification of all of these cameras is the same - 1080p resolution, 80 Degree viewing angle and up to 30 meter night vision. The only difference is that the T854 is a dome camera where as T852 and T853 are bullet cameras.
