Excellent lock solid too, easy to put up even for women

we purchased 2 of this type of lock for our property abroad

Were not there much so decided to fit the best security lock possible

It was easy to fit in to the excising old one holes.

It not only looks good out side but all so looks good on the inside too.

One of the best things is when you close the door, it sounds good with a steady click

if you try to rattail the door with the handle there is no movement and the door is locked solid

when we use the door frequently it can be latched open to allow you to come in or out with out using the key

When it is bed time you can clip the latch so it is dead locked and you can sleep really well knowing your door is locked secure

If you think this lock is expensive all you need to know is the security/ workmanship/ cosmetic look of the product is second to none (you pay for what you get with this product)

Nicely designed product, relatively easy to install with the well written instructions supplied. Have only just replaced the first set of batteries after over 6 months usage of several times a day. Has proved to be reliable so far. Keypad is as sensitive as a smartphones however is not affected by raindrops. The audible key entry also is a nice feature, this will alert you to any interference with the lock, but also gives feedback to key presses so the incorrect code is not entered. This lock should be used as supplemental to an insurance approved mortice, but is a robust standalone solution. The absence of a key barrel may slow down some thieves? All in all very pleased, would recommend.

A good lock overall, very sturdy and supportive for a heavy door. Tested being locked out just to see how strong it was and practically impossible to get through. Goes nicely with the rest of my chrome door accessories - i.e. Number, knocker, handles and so fourth. Fairly easy to fit although instructions are a little hazy. Holds lock and a good amount of keys supplied with it. Keys are also thick enough and won't snap or shear off inside the lock. I would recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a good strong lock and of course, the fact that it is Yale makes it even better.

Great lock. Just be aware that the the lock can be deadlocked from the inside, and not even the key can open it! So if my kids dead lock the lock and I am outside I cannot get in, even with a key.
