Can you supply a new barrel for this lock - and for the internal key lock so they match?

We can supply replacement rim cylinders for the lock. Unfortunately, you would need to buy a brand new Nightlatch if you need to change the internal lock.

Can you supply this with a reverse latch for outward opening doors?

It is only the Yale Standard Nightlatches that can be modified to open outwards. However, this will require a locksmith to modify the lock, because it is quite complex, and you will have to purchase a reverse angle strike plate, which we can supply.

Does this lock the house on exit, so if somebody broke the glass they cannot reach inside and open the door?

Once you have dead bolted the door on exit using the keys the handle would lock in place securely
