The Chubbsafes Archive Cabinet 880 is a fireproof security cupboard with a double bitted high security key lock and 3 adjustable shelves. Fire resistant for 30 minutes with a recommended insurance rating of £1,000 cash or £10,000 for valuables. The Chubbsafes Archive Cabinet is ideal for protecting important information such as contracts, insurance documents and exam papers from fire and burglary. There are also 3 smaller sizes in this series.

I cannot fault the Chubbsafes Archive Cabinet 880 at all. Of course nobody has tried to break into it yet but it does appear to be very secure. No paperwork came with the unit, details of where to obtain additional keys woukld be useful and also I think that a notice on the inside of the door to say 'Do Not Close This Cabinet With The Key Inside' could avoid a serious problem for someone as the door locks when the handle is closed i.e. not when the key is turned. The keys could have a reference number on them for replacements to be obtained if lost or perhaps you keep these records in your office? I have already recommended this unit to other people.
