ERA Wireless Touch RFID Keypad

Key pad is well made, easy to install and easy to pair up to the main alarm panel.

This is the perfect addition to my ERA alarm which I purchased following a couple of burglaries on my estate. Works really well and means that I can give my neighbour an RFID tag rather than the pin codes! Looks nice on the wall. Not too bulky etc.

Once linked up. Just had to attach to the wall and it’s there. The keypad allows you to set an extra delay to the main panel too. So say you have 10 seconds to exit with remote. You can say an extra 10 with keypad (just incase you want to set at front door and leave at the back door etc!). Very useful.

Not to mention the RFID adds the tech look to a self install system. Very good system overall.

The ERA keypad is easy to use and looks tidy on the wall.

There are lots of options for configuring the keypad, but they have to done on the Keypad and not though the ERA app and can only be done one at a time, which is a little frustrating.

Once the Keypad is setup it is very easy to use - disarming using the RFID tags couldn’t be simpler....as we’ve gone for the power saving option we press star to activate the RFID and the hold the RFID tag to the Keypad to disarm.

Slightly disappointed that you can’t use the RFID to set the alarm (ERA have confirmed this to me directly), but it’s simple enough using the App, which also has some great sharing features.

Easy to install and provides a traditional access point to the Alarm, with the added advantage of being able to use a tag to disarm. Easier than carrying a switch fob on your key ring as the buttons can get pressed when in your pocket causing random triggering of the Alarm.

Excellent item, this keypad does the job very well, I have 2 of these in my system & both work pefectly. Highly recomended. I bought my system from Safe.co.uk, I found their after sales service brilliant, prices very keen too.

I did have a faulty PIr sensor LED fault, it was replaced within a day under warranty.
