This is excellent hardware. It is simple, inexpensive and works perfectly well. And, most importantly, it is practically identical to the latch that I bought it to replace, which may well have been around 100 years old, so that it simply slotted into the door without any need for modification.

I needed it to replace an existing latch; designs have changed in recent years and the old design is not widely available these days. I was pleased to find it at safe, at a reasonable price. Good quality. It was easy to order on the website, and delivery was prompt.
