There is not much to say about the Union Essential - Tubular Latch (75mm, Bright Zinc) except that it arrived quickly, is very good value for money and exactly what I wanted to replace one that was damaged and not working. It was easy to fit and works very smoothly, thank you. If I need another one, or similar item, I will certainly come back to safe.co.uk as I appreciate the service you have provided and the quality of the goods. I don't think there is anything else I can say to make up 100 words, but I have managed it!!

The Union tubular latch is ideal for sprung internal doors, making it easy to open and close.

Is this latch suitable for unsprung door handles?

This latch is not suitable for use with an unsprung door handle. However, if you are interested in one that can, you may be interested in the Union 2657 - Upright Latch (65mm).
