Details
The Phoenix NEXT PLUS LS7013 Cream & Grey Luxury Safe is part of the next generation of luxury safes, ideal for a modern office or home. The door is operated by using the high security, electronic touch panel lock or the biometric fingerprint recognition feature and also incorporates a 'slide and hide' panel which hides the keypad for added discretion. This safe comes with a recommended insurance rating of £3,000 cash or £30,000 valuables and also offers up to 90 minutes fire protection for paper documents. The base of the safe comes prepared for installing to the floor, with a fixing kit included.

Fingerprint Locking

The safe comes with a stylish electronic keypad with Pin code and biometric fingerprint scan. The illuminated touch sensitive keypad can be programmed with the users own 4-16 digit code and also includes a dual pin code mode. The keypad is fitted with a fingerprint scanner that is programmable with up to 32 different fingerprints. Simply scan your finger to open the safe.

Fire Protection

This safe includes 90 minutes fire protection, tested to NT Fire 017-90 standard, to ensure that important paperwork is not damaged in the event of a fire. The fire endurance test exposes the safe to furnace temperatures over a period of time to measure the internal temperature. The double walled steel door is filled with fire resistant barrier material and ensures a low internal temperature for up to 90 minutes.

Standard Safe >25kg Installation

An installation service is available on a wide range of safes over 25kg. If offered, this option will be listed within the Delivery & Returns section on the product page.

On arrival an experienced engineer will complete a brief site inspection and then discuss their findings with you to agree positioning of your safe.

Your Intallation will include bolting the safe to the floor using anchor bolts included with your safe. Anchor bolts are deisgned for use with a solid surface such as stone or concrete. We cannot install your safe to floorboards.

If a wall installation is required, please speak to one of our safe experts and they will guide you through this specialised service.

The position of your safe will be governed by safe site access, and other obstructions such as submerged pipes/cables or under floor heating.

The engineer will carry out a final assessment to ensure the safe is secure before providing a brief demonstration of your safe and confirming the installation has been completed to your satisfaction.

Non-standard Installation

In some cases, it may be necessary to install additional materials or provide extra resources (manpower) to facilitate an installation in a safe manner.

If additional costs are likely these will be discussed with you prior to installation. Reasons for extra costs might include:

  • Specialised access equipment and permits such as hoists, lifts and cranes.
  • Outside of normal hours working (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
  • 4x4 Vehicular access requirements to remote rural sites.
  • Road closure including necessary permits.
  • Additional manpower to overcome technical, lifting or safety access issues.

We offer installation throughout the UK mainland, however some more remote and rural post codes in the Highlands are subject to a surcharge to cover additional fuel and traveling time costs.

The following areas will incur a rural travel surcharge:

These additional elements are deemed to fall outside the definition of a 'Standard Installation'. If you feel your installation might be non-standard please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

If applicable, additional costs are to be paid before installation begins.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our installer provides a standard 12 month warranty on all new installations and a 3 month warranty on all materials provided during maintenance visits.

Note: Existing system components and pre-supplied equipment are not included in the installation warranty as these elements are covered by the Manufacturer warranty.

We reserve the right to undertake an ‘Assessment Call’ without prejudice to investigate any complaints relating to materials failure or poor workmanship to assess if the complaint is valid. Please note that remedial service calls generated by elements outside of our sphere of influence or due to different fault conditions will be chargeable to you at an agreed call out charge.

In scenarios where you request a post installation service call and our assessment identifies the fault condition or cause of the fault falls outside of the limitations of the standard installation warranty (Force Majeure, different fault etc) a call out charge will be incurred for the visit.

Assessment calls raised for reasons outside our sphere of influence or responsibility and not covered by the standard installation will incur a call out charge for labour and additional materials.

The following are examples of when a call out charge would be incurred:

  • Malicious Damage
  • Materials or Manufacturer Failure
  • System Modification
  • Incorrect User Diagnosis
