Great service from Safe, asked for keyed alike locks and these arrived in very good time and work perfect. I purchased a number of variants all keyed alike. The locks were easy to fit as I had sized them to replace existing locks. The locks look well made and have a solid feel. The finish was good and is presentable in the current project. Delivery was fast and efficient. Safe had a very good selection on their website with plenty of options for additional keys etc as used by myself on this purchase. I would recommend them to all friends and family looking to replace locks.

We already have a number of locks with an F marked on the key. Can you supply a lock for these keys?

It is possible to order locks that suit your existing keys. However, you will physically need to supply your key, rather than providing a key number, in order for the lock to be modified. Please call the phone number at the top of the website if you would like us to organise this for you.

Keying Options

Keyed to Differ or Keyed Alike locks?

As standard the ERA 361 Fortress - BS 5 Lever Deadlock (79mm, Polished Brass) is supplied Keyed to Differ which means the lock includes a set of keys that are unique and will only open this lock. If you require multiple locks you can choose to have them all Keyed Alike, meaning that each lock can be opened using the same key.

What is Keyed to Differ?

  • Keyed to Differ is the standard way a lock is supplied.
  • Each lock is opened by its own unique key.
  • Each lock includes a unique set of keys.
  • Covered by our returns policy.

What is Keyed Alike?

  • Each key can open multiple locks - the same key could unlock your house and office.
  • Locks need to be the same brand and number of levers.
  • Keyed Alike locks include one set of keys regardless of how many locks are purchased.
  • Made to order so NOT covered by our returns policy.
