I had been offered plenty of look a like products from local diy shops and tradesmen. The UNION JL22EU Strong BOLT - Euro Cylinder Sash case (81mm) gave me the Safety peace of mind quality as well as easy to install complete with good screws suitable to do the job.

It is good solid robust product that is pleasing to the eye and complements our new hardwood door and frame.

Since it has been installed several people have commented about it a and i recommended it without hesitation and will i certainly use Union on all future projects where security is paramount.

Can the deadbolt be unlocked on the inside of the door by turning the door handle or does it stay locked?
Colin
The lock would have to be unlocked with the key first and then the handle can be used to open the door. Please note that this requires a euro cylinder for operation.
