What length cylinder do I require for a 42mm thick door allowing for standard sashcase door furniture.

A cylinder of at least 60mm overall length such as the CISA Astral S - Euro Double Cylinder 30-30 (60) would probably be required, however the best way to accurately assess this would be to measure the door thickness and the door furniture being used together, as this will give an accurate length for the cylinder required.
