Can you please advise the thickness of the lock - i.e. the width of the mortice in the door? This is a replacement for an old lock and the width of the mortice is only 15mm.

The thickness of the lock case is 14mm. The instructions recommend that the mortice is 16mm wide. This lock will prove to be a tight fit in your door, but should be fine.
