I thought that the lock I bought was easy to purchase via the internet,it gave a very good description of the product which I think is important and delivery was quick and on time. After receiving the lock I was able to fit it without too much trouble although the instructions were very basic and if you were not use to doing a little diy you might struggle a bit. Overall I was very pleased with the product,it does the job I want it to do and I found it very good value for money which is one of the main reasons I choose this product.

As standard the Asec 5 Lever Sashlock (76mm, Stainless Steel) is supplied Keyed to Differ which means the lock includes a set of keys that are unique and will only open this lock. If you require multiple locks you can choose to have them all Keyed Alike, meaning that each lock can be opened using the same key.

What is Keyed to Differ?

  • Keyed to Differ is the standard way a lock is supplied.
  • Each lock is opened by its own unique key.
  • Each lock includes a unique set of keys.
  • Covered by our returns policy.

What is Keyed Alike?

  • Each key can open multiple locks - the same key could unlock your house and office.
  • Locks need to be the same brand and number of levers.
  • Keyed Alike locks include one set of keys regardless of how many locks are purchased.
