Can new locks be keyed alike to existing locks, e.g. using a code or similar?
Anonymous
New locks can be keyed alike to existing locks by supplying one of your original keys. The new lock that you choose must have the same amount of levers as your existing lock in order to work with the same key.

As standard the Union 2234E - BS 5 Lever Sashlock (67mm, Satin Chrome) is supplied Keyed to Differ which means the lock includes a set of keys that are unique and will only open this lock. If you require multiple locks you can choose to have them all Keyed Alike, meaning that each lock can be opened using the same key.
