The safe comes with a recommended insurance rating of £1,000 cash or £10,000 valuables and is secured by a high security double bitted key lock. We wanted a small home safe that opened with a key. This British made safe is spot on. The key only fits one way round (4/5 stars for ease of use) we really wanted a fire resistant safe, but they are very expensive, so we opted to put our documents in a fire bag then put them inside the safe. I like a key entry safe as they are harder to hack into and don't have to worry about batteries. The storage inside was large enough for our documents, but it is a little hard to get them in and to lay flat on the bottom,due to the door and door surround, so we stand them at the back (4.5/5 star for storage capacity)The safe comes with two keys and fixing bolts (I suggest you use your own fixings )overall I'm very pleased .A safe is only as good as where you locate it, never fit it in a wardrobe, it's the first place burglar Bill looks.

The safe is just the job, needed something small and compact to hide at the back of a cupboard that only had limited space. The dimensions of this safe was nearly bang on its max space available. Key operation so no numbers to memorise and a handy little removable shelf. Would be handy if the option of hindge side was available. And a bit of double sided tape on the little bit of carpet like fabric in the bottom of the safe would be a great help when trying to untangle it from the loose shelf when unpacking.. well made and easy to use .

This was exactly what I was looking for.

Size was perfect for the space I had to fit a safe into and is large enough to keep plenty of valuables in.

I chose this model with a key as no need to worry about codes or having any problems with electronics as you always seem to get problems when on holiday with hotel safes.

Build quality is excellent this coming from a steel fabricator and having looked at some at DIY stores and thought no way would I feel confident with my valuables in them.

Delivery was as specified and arrived in perfect condition.

Definetely worth the money and will keep mine safe.

Very happy with the safe, perfect size for storing A4 files, cash and valuables. Easy to install and secure, not too big.

2 keys supplied that are kept separated. The inside of the safe has a soft lining on the floor to prevent damage to any contents and can be secured to the floor or wall or both as it has holes in the base and the back. They even supply the bolts to enable you to do this. Ordering was very simple and great price too. Delivery was much faster than expected despite ordering at beginning of Covid-19 lock down.

The product is very good but wrong information given on fitting instructions.

The drill bit information given was 12mm which is too big for bolts supplied with the safe.

The correct drill bit is 10mm which I found out afterwards and had to start again.

Very dissapointed.

This safe is fantastic, I should have bought one years ago it's brilliant, the size is just right, it stores everything I need to, it fits under a shelf in my kitchen cupboard, the keys are brilliant a proper size key not like my previous safe I had to break into because the key wouldn't work or the key pad, hence buying this safe, I wouldn't look back and I would buy other products from this company, and highly recommend buying this safe and using this company for all your safety products brilliant

Perfect for my needs with more than adequate space and the shelf is a very useful addition to help with this when organising what goes where. The key catches me out occasionally as it can only unlock the safe if put into the keyhole one specific way (if it's the other way round the safe will not unlock) which certainly isn't a dealbreaker, just an anomaly that takes a bit of getting used to! The safe is well constructed and feels secure, the felt underlay is a nice touch to add an air of extra quality.

I have an amount of gold and silver I wanted to secure. This is a great value safe. Easy to install, comes with fixing bolts and two keys. I put it out of sight and has great storage space. For the price this is an excellent buy. Website was easy to use and quick delivery.

    Standard Safe <25kg Installation

    We offer professional installation on our complete range of lightweight safes under 25kgs.

    Our experienced engineer will complete a brief site inspection and then discuss their findings with you to agree positioning of your safe.

    Your installation will include bolting the safe to the floor or wall using the anchor bolts included with your safe. Anchor bolts are designed for use with a solid surface such as brick or concrete. We cannot install your safe to floorboards or a stud plasterboard wall.

    If you are choosing a wall installation you must ensure the skirting board has been removed prior to installation.

    The position of your safe will be governed by safe site access, and other obstructions such as submerged pipes/cables or under floor heating.

    The engineer will carry out a final assessment to ensure the safe is secure.

    Additional Information

    Non-standard Installation

    In some cases, it may be necessary to install additional materials or provide extra resources (manpower) to facilitate an installation in a safe manner.

    If additional costs are likely these will be discussed with you prior to installation. Reasons for extra costs might include:

    • Specialised access equipment and permits such as hoists, lifts and cranes.
    • Outside of normal hours working (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
    • 4x4 Vehicular access requirements to remote rural sites.
    • Road closure including necessary permits.
    • Additional manpower to overcome technical, lifting or safety access issues.

    We offer installation throughout the UK mainland, however some more remote and rural post codes in the Highlands are subject to a surcharge to cover additional fuel and traveling time costs.

    The following areas will incur a rural travel surcharge:

    These additional elements are deemed to fall outside the definition of a 'Standard Installation'. If you feel your installation might be non-standard please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

    If applicable, additional costs are to be paid before installation begins.

    Warranty Terms & Conditions

    Our installer provides a standard 12 month warranty on all new installations and a 3 month warranty on all materials provided during maintenance visits.

    Note: Existing system components and pre-supplied equipment are not included in the installation warranty as these elements are covered by the Manufacturer warranty.

    We reserve the right to undertake an ‘Assessment Call’ without prejudice to investigate any complaints relating to materials failure or poor workmanship to assess if the complaint is valid. Please note that remedial service calls generated by elements outside of our sphere of influence or due to different fault conditions will be chargeable to you at an agreed call out charge.

    In scenarios where you request a post installation service call and our assessment identifies the fault condition or cause of the fault falls outside of the limitations of the standard installation warranty (Force Majeure, different fault etc) a call out charge will be incurred for the visit.

    Assessment calls raised for reasons outside our sphere of influence or responsibility and not covered by the standard installation will incur a call out charge for labour and additional materials.

    The following are examples of when a call out charge would be incurred:

    • Materials or Manufacturer Failure
    • System Modification
    • Incorrect User Diagnosis
