Our engineer knows your order delivery date and will call you within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation is usually within 10 working days of us calling to arrange a suitable installation date. Installs take place during normal working hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm

We cannot bolt a safe to the floor if you have underfloor heating. You should consider a wall installation or a Chemical Installation. A Chemical Installation is not a standard service so you should contact us if you think this might be your only option.

This involves using industrial strength adhesive to stick your safe to the floor. It's worth noting that with this method the safe cannot be removed and if you have been tasked to purchase a safe by your insurance company they may not consider this as suitable. Your safe will include Anchor Bolts that are designed for use with a solid surface such as concrete or brick. These type of bolts offer the strongest fixing option, but are not suitable for floorboards or a stud plasterboard wall.
