This was bought as a direct replacement and so it was very easy to fit (though having fitted it originally I can say that installation from scratch is easy enough as full instructions are provided plus you can find a video link online to help visually). The unit has a very solid feel and is nice to touch, the buttons for the code perform well and have a positive feedback. This only difference from our original is that the 'permanent open' feature is now activated by a button +code and is far more easier to work than the old style where you needed a screwdriver / coin.

Bought this product to replace an old Code Lock which had broken. Arrived on free next-day delivery with all the correct parts for fitting. Although had a bit of confusion when fitting the lock, i called up customer services and they were very friendly and helpful. It's amazing quality and feels sturdy with long screws to give peace of mind that our office is secure, the buttons themselves even feel sturdy. Easy to set the code, and easy to use. Highly recommend this product compared with other locks on the market that don't feel as safe and secure.
